กรุงเทพฯ (30 มีนาคม 2569) — จากข้อมูลงานสัมมนา “Ride-Hailing ไทยในจุดเปลี่ยน: โมเดลธุรกิจ ราคา และทางเลือกเชิงนโยบาย” จัดโดยสถาบันวิจัยและให้คำปรึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (TURAC) ระบุว่าตลาดเรียกรถผ่านแอปในประเทศไทยคาดว่าจะมีมูลค่าสูงถึง 50,000 ล้านบาทภายในปี 2573 โดย Maxim ประเทศไทยเป็นหนึ่งในผู้เล่นหลักในตลาด ผลสำรวจยังพบว่าผู้ใช้งานกว่า 70% ใช้บริการเป็นประจำทุกสัปดาห์ ขณะที่คนขับมีรายได้เฉลี่ย 841 บาทต่อวัน และ 77% รายงานว่ารายได้เพิ่มขึ้น
